as Head of Finance to strengthen financial planning
and development control within the company.

iCP have launched a new division headed up by
Andrew Carruthers. iCP Residential will seek to
bring forward a number of residential
developments throughout the year, either as part
of mixed-use schemes or standalone developments.

iCP Commercial to build
new offices in Bath at
Hygate
Following Bath & North East Somerset
Council’s decision to give planning consent to
its new office development on Lower Bristol Road
in Bath, iCP Commercial Ltd has now started
enabling works, including moving a
substation and earthworks before
building the 29,722 sq ft scheme.
The new development, known as
Hygate,
will be the only city centre office buildings
under construction in Bath during 2008.

Major Logistics
Development
for Dunstable
iCP Commercial Ltd has entered into
a joint venture with
Gazeley UK Ltd, one of Europe’s leading
sustainable logistics warehousing developers, to
re-develop the 30 acre Boscombe Place site in
Dunstable. The joint venture company will
actively pursue the redevelopment of this
important and prominent site for a 675,000 sq ft
storage and distribution centre, exploiting
Dunstable’s location as a regional hub for
logistic operations.

Work due to start at Dunstable's "Gateway" on London Road
iCP Commercial (Dunstable) Limited, a
joint venture between iCP Commercial and
Julian
Hodge Bank, has had planning granted for for a
60,600 sq ft office development on the former BTR
site at London Road in Dunstable,
known as “The Gateway”. The scheme, which is
proposed for the front of the site, will
visually enhance the town’s southern gateway,
while meeting the specific requirements of the
local market.
